Refund Policy

Applicable to United States Customers

1. Overview

KrossBridge Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the KrossBridge platform. This means KrossBridge is the legal seller of record and is responsible for payment processing, billing, customer support, and refund administration on behalf of the seller whose product or service you purchase ("Seller").

Refund eligibility and conditions are determined by the Seller and are communicated during the purchase process.

2. Refund Terms Applicable to Your Purchase

The refund policy applicable to your order is established by the Seller and may be available in one or more of the following locations:

  • The Seller's product page, checkout page, or order confirmation screen
  • The Seller's Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), or Subscription Terms accepted during purchase
  • Purchase confirmation emails or receipts sent by the Seller or KrossBridge

We recommend reviewing the Seller's refund policy carefully before completing your purchase, including:

  • Refund eligibility criteria
  • Refund request deadlines
  • Non-refundable products, services, or fees
  • Required refund procedures

3. When No Refund Policy Is Provided

If a Seller has not provided a refund policy at the time of purchase, the default refund provisions outlined in the KrossBridge Terms of Service will apply.

Under these circumstances, customers may request a refund within the applicable refund window specified in the Terms of Service, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined therein. The version of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact KrossBridge Support at: support@krossbridge.com

Please include the following information:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Transaction reference number
  • Email address used during purchase
  • Brief explanation for the refund request

Upon receiving your request, KrossBridge will review it against the Seller's refund policy or, where applicable, the KrossBridge fallback refund terms. We may coordinate with the Seller to verify eligibility and will keep you informed throughout the review process.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Digital wallet
  • Other original payment instruments

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.
  • If currency conversion was involved, exchange rates applied by your bank or card issuer at the time of refund may differ from those applied during the original purchase.
  • KrossBridge is not responsible for any exchange-rate differences resulting from such conversions.

6. If Your Refund Request Is Not Approved

If a refund request does not meet the requirements of the Seller's refund policy (or the KrossBridge fallback terms where applicable), we will provide the reason for the decision.

Depending on the Seller's policies, alternative resolutions may be available, including:

  • Partial refunds
  • Service credits
  • Product replacements
  • Other mutually agreed remedies

We encourage customers to contact KrossBridge Support before initiating a chargeback through their bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved more efficiently through our support process.

7. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Purchases

  • Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring charges.
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
  • Refunds for active or previously billed subscription periods remain subject to the Seller's refund policy or the applicable KrossBridge fallback refund terms.

Please review the Seller's subscription and cancellation terms before purchasing any recurring service.
